The Free Healthcare Initiative is run entirely by students. No salaried staff, no head office. Chapter leads make most of the decisions about their own programs, and the people below keep the organisation coordinated across 33 countries.

How it is organised
Chapters run themselves. We supply training, health materials and someone to call.
A chapter is one student and whoever they recruit. They pick the programs that make sense where they are, and they report back what worked so the next chapter does not start from nothing.
